In advance of highly anticipated events including World Cup 2026 and the 2028 Olympics, Los Angeles seeks to expand procurement opportunities for local and diverse small businesses. Registration in the RAMP platform connects businesses with public and private contract opportunities.

EXECUTION

Inspire and educate local businesses on scaling and growing sales to public and private organizations.
Sherpa led ideation exercises for naming RAMP, generated logo directions, and created a Brand Guide for use by City management.

Sherpa engaged and established partnership with dozens of local chambers of commerce and business-focused non-profit organizations conducting educational webinars (over 50 and counting) with SBE, MBE, Women and LGTBQ-owned local businesses promoting registration in RAMPLA.ORG.
Sherpa produced video testimonials from successful small businesses inspiring local businesses to pursue contract opportunities available through RAMPLA.ORG.
